What is your returns criteria?
Townend School Supplies offer a full refund service to customers who are not 100% satisfied with their goods, however in order to qualify for one of our refunds you must:
Return the product in the condition you received it in
Try to return the product in the original packaging
Return the products to us within 30 days
If you meet all the criteria above Townend School Supplies are more than happy to offer all customers a refund, however if your goods return to us late or damaged Townend School Supplies reserves the right to offer a partial refund or in very rare cases no refund at all. Refund procedure
To ensure you qualify for a refund you need to meet the criteria clearly stated on this page. If you send us the product back within 30 days in mint condition and with its original packaging (if possible), Townend School Supplies are delighted to guarantee you a full discount - from the date we receive your goods we will refund you the full amount within 14 days (see the Terms and Conditions page for more info). If for any reason you haven't received a refund in that time you need to contact Townend School Supplies as soon as possible. ***Please note the Townend School Supplies company strongly advises against the use of private couriers. Our product exchange procedure
On top of our fantastic refund procedure, Townend School Supplies also offer a fantastic exchange policy in the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your products. If you'd like to exchange a product for another one on the Townend School Supplies site you should:
Send the item back to Townend School Supplies within 30 days of delivery
Identify which product you wish to swap it for
Phone the customer services team if the product you wish to receive in exchange is more expensive than the original product
If the item you select is cheaper than the original item, Townend School Supplies will refund the difference
When you choose to send an item back to us for an exchange it would really help us out if you could tell us exactly why you'd like an exchange e.g. wrong size, wrong colour etc. This small customer insight helps us to improve the service we provide to customers and provide a better shopping experience for you in the future.
